All Managers, Supervisors and Employees share responsibility for improving safety and reducing the risk of injury. All hazards or unsafe work practices must be controlled, by elimination if possible.

Co-operate with Management in the support of promotion of Safety and Health in the work place.

Report or rectify any unsafe conditions that come to their attention.
